OUR MISSION
For Therapy By Therapists was created by therapists, for therapists. Our mission is to strengthen the therapy community by providing practical tools, valuable information, and accessible resources that support the wellbeing and professional journey of mental health practitioners. We believe that when therapists are supported, organised, and resourced, the care they provide to their clients is enriched, creating a ripple effect of positive change in the wider community.
OUR PURPOSE
Being a therapist is deeply rewarding — but it can also be isolating, overwhelming, and administratively demanding.
For Therapy By Therapists was born out of a desire to simplify and support the day-to-day lives of therapists and trainee therapists alike. Whether you’re just starting out or are years into private practice, we aim to take some of the pressure off with therapist-designed tools, useful directories, and a growing bank of resources that answer questions we’re often left to figure out alone.

GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY
FT-BT CHARITABLE PLEDGE:
As therapists, we understand the importance of holding space for others — and now we want to hold space for each other. That’s why a portion of all profits, whether from product sales or website advertising, goes directly back into the therapy community.
Each quarter, we’ll donate to:
- Mental health charities doing vital work in underfunded or marginalised communities
- Trainee therapists, helping them with essential costs like professional memberships or funding a number of supervision sessions
Our hope is to reduce barriers to qualification and support the sustainability of the profession. You can follow along with our donations and initiatives on our transparency page, where we’ll share updates about how your purchases are making a difference.
